The 2^nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering（ICAICE 2021）will be held on November 5-7 in Hangzhou, China. ICAICE is an annual conference which had been held successfully last year in Beijing. Conference topics mainly include, but not limited to Frontier technologies of artificial intelligence, biometrics, AI for medical science, natural language processing, intelligent computing systems, AI for industry, etc.

ICAICE 2021 welcome all high-quality research papers and presentations from related research fields. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers, and students from all over the world to present ongoing research activities, and hence to strengthen existing partnerships and foster new collaborations.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICAICE 2021 will be published in IEEE CS CPS and will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus.
